Delivered a 2-day intensive workshop to 24 mid-level managers struggling with imposter syndrome. Participants identified 3-5 core limiting beliefs each, mapped their origins, and practiced cognitive reframing. Post-workshop survey showed 87% reported noticeably challenging at least one belief within the first week.
Positive Self-Talk Mastery — 8-Week Cohort
Guided 12 participants through a structured 8-week program focused on replacing harsh inner criticism with authentic, evidence-based encouragement. Used anchoring techniques and real-world scenario practice. 10 out of 12 completed the program and reported using new self-talk scripts daily, especially during challenging moments.
Stepping Outside Comfort Zones — Local Professional Association
Designed and facilitated a half-day workshop for 18 professionals with public speaking anxiety. Structured low-risk exercises progressed from speaking in pairs to delivering 2-minute talks to the group. Participants completed 4 graduated exposure steps, building momentum through small wins. Feedback highlighted the “non-judgmental pace” as key to actually trying the exercises.
Small Wins Strategy — Executive 1:1 Coaching (6 weeks)
Worked one-on-one with a mid-career professional to break down career progression goals into incremental wins. Defined 12 micro-milestones across 6 weeks and celebrated each completion. By week 6, the client had shifted from “I’ll never get promoted” to actively preparing for the next opportunity. Confidence translated into measurable performance improvements.
